and qualified XVP Partners and OEM applicants,
No evaluation requested directly from the end-user
or non-XVP partners/resellers will be processed
or honored. If you are not clear on this condition,

(XVP Partner) hereby acknowledges
receipt of Xtore Extreme Storage Evaluation
Policy and
understands that failure to purchase or return
the unit(s) listed above within the evaluation
period will result in Xtore Extreme Storage
invoicing XVP Partner for the unit(s) according
to the terms of the evaluation agreement and
customer's authorizing purchase order(s). Extensions
to the evaluation period, listed above, must
be approved by Xtore in writing, seven (7)
days prior to the expiration of the evaluation
period.
CUSTOMER PLEASE NOTE - Retain all original
packing/packaging materials, including foam,
Styrofoam, anti-static sleeves, containers,
boxes, pallets and skids in which you received
with your Xtore products.
Customer must return the evaluation unit in
the original packing/packaging materials, including
foam, Styrofoam, anti-static sleeves, containers,
boxes, pallets and skids in which you received
the products. Customer is responsible for the
cost of repair or replacement for any physical
damage on the returned items.
The following phrase is required on all
Evaluation Purchase Orders:
"This is a 30 day evaluation only,
in accordance with Xtore’s Evaluation
Policy.”
